WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN

The best thing that I want to learn about computers is the good way of downloading the videos with nice quality from YouTube!! Because I have i-Pod, I want to enjoy not only the songs but also the music videos with it. I also want to know how to see the videos of DVD that I bought on i-Pod. Moreover, I want to know more about i-Pod and technique that I never known.
If it is possible, I want to learn how the system of Mac and Windows are different; additionally, I want to use Mac and compare to Windows.
Finally, I want to use the music editing system and edit the songs!! My friend is very good at it.

COMPUTER GIFT I WOULD BUY FOR FRIENDS & FAMILY

If I send the gift to my family and friends, I want to give the camera for the telephone on the Internet because I can talk with them face to face even though I am in the United States. My family, especially my mother and father, and my best friend worry about me very much, so I want them to feel easy; moreover, it also relieve myself.

I have friends that I feel that I cannot live without them, but we will go to the different place in the United States from this June. I want to send this gift to them, and I want to talk with them face to face on the Internet. I will miss them, and they will miss too. I hope that this gift will help them not to feel lonely.

WHAT IS "NET NEUTRALITY"?

People who support Net Neutrality think that the Internet should be used freely, and major companies such as Google, EBay, and Microsoft also try to save the neutrality of net in the United States.

People started to argue about Net Neutrality since the beginning of the last year. In the Unites States, the House of Representatives rejected the amendment about Net Neutrality; moreover, Google presented its opinion to Japanese government in the same year. According to Google’s view, two pipes, double dipping, exclusive dealing, network optimization, and quality of service threaten the neutrality of net.

Actually, I do not know whether I should support Net Neutrality or not because I could not understand what the net neutrality is. Many people have a variety of opinions, and both way have several problems. Although this problem has to be solved, I think that there is no adequate answer.

WHAT IS SOCIAL ENGINEERING?

Social engineering is based on the social sciences. Scientists who belong to this study research the social phenomena, and social sciences include many studies such as political science, the study of law, economics, sociology, historical science, cultural anthropology, and so on. People use this study to solve the social problems with using the technology. Although people do not think about social engineering, it helps their lives in many ways. The most helpful invention is the computer because it made people’s lives change greatly. Moreover, it is true that the computer leads the development of the technology. Now, it is impossible to live without social engineering, especially the computer. It will develop more and more in the future, and I hope that people will come to be able to solve almost all social problems with social engineering.

WHAT DO I KNOW ABOUT MAC?

My first image of Mac is that the shape is very stylish!! Because I do not know about the difference between Windows and Mac well, I can just compare the appearance.

When I read the textbook about Windows and Mac, I was very surprised that the user of Mac is about 5%. Although the users are minority, there were many advantaged of using Mac according to the last lecture. I think that the best thing is that people can use both Windows and Mac if they use Mac. This point is very useful, so I want to use both of them according to circumstances such as business and individual in the future.

The last lecture gave me a lot of information about Mac and Windows, so I knew that Mac is not only stylish but also functional.
